Product Description: Flex Film 200 is a heat-stabilized co-extruded film modified from a modified PA resin it is an embossed film used for debulking stages during composite parts manufacturing. Embossed pattern allows air breathing in order to get a good vacuum level for compaction of prepreg plies at room or low temperature. Using Flex Film 200 avoids the use of a breather ply and when used with a low temperature sealant tape represents an economical and time saving option for debulking cycles. For a good air breathing the film must be used with the right side up. Ask our technical team for support for a correct use.
